GREEN RING PM-TiN
HSSE PM-TiN GREEN RING Machine taps
The VOLKEL HSSE PM-TiN machine taps are particularly suitable for machinable materials with up to 1000 N/mm² tensile strength.
Recommended application:
- Machining steels, case-hardening steels, tempered steels
- Good to machine materials < 1000 N/mm² tensile strength
- Graphite cast iron, malleable cast iron, Thermoplastics
The HSSE PM-TiN green ring taps are also (conditionally) suitable for thread cutting in unalloyed and alloyed steels with a tensile strength of < 1200 N/mm², rust- and acid-resistant steels (VA-steels) with a tensile strength of < 850 N/mm² and aluminium alloys (Si 0.5-10%).
